CSPC Upload Failing

We recently had to redeploy our CSPC server as the original was in a bad state and the account (collectorlogin, root, admin) passwords no longer worked.

After deploying the 2.10.0.1 ova and registered it I found that attempting to update via the webui would fail with the following error:

500 the call failed on the server; see server log for details

Using the following guide I was able to manually update to 2.10.0.4 by downloading and copying the files to the server.

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/support/docs/cloud-systems-management/common-services-platform-collector-cspc/CSPC-Upgrade-Guide.pdf

I scheduled the server to run an inventory on Saturday's and to upload the data to SNTC on Sunday's, however the upload is failing.

Below is the related job log:

Ping Identity Corporation

Resolution Summary:

+Informed the customer that:
Upon checking we found that the cspc is still uploading the data successfully to the portal with the new created inventory and the last successful upload date is 6th November.
And its working with the correct cspc appliance id which they were trying to get to work.
