Hi,
I have successfully discovered, and uploaded some devices to the portal and generated a full inventory report.
No serialnumbers or linecards are listed in the reports!
Are there any known issues?
We had the same problem on the old collector (2.1.8)
Until the end of September, everything worked fine on our 2.1.8- collector. All serialnumbers and linecards were included.
In the middle of october, we noticed, that a lot of devides didn´t shwo their linecards and serialnumbers anymore!
So we decided to install a new server (2.10). But sadly, there are still no serialnubers/linecards shown.
did i missed some new settings for the discovery?
