CSV file getting rejected during file import process

Why does my CSV file get rejected during the file importing process?

An import file will be rejected at the time of import if any of the following conditions exist:

• The number of headers is not the same as documented in the sample file.
  
• The name of the headers is not the same as documented in the sample file.
  
• The order of the headers is not the same as documented in the sample file.
  
• The file is completely blank, (no data, only headers).
  
• The file name extension is not a CSV file type.
  
• The file has one or more parameters that exceed the recommended length for any parameter value (mandatory or optional).
  
• The file exceeds the maximum limit of imported rows, which is 50,000.
