We are importing a CSV file and have included software version and type however it is not correlating with the database to show any relevant alerts. Can i share the file to see what the issue might be?

Hello Casey,
We have identified two issues impacting Alert processing for CSV Import uploads.
Our engineering team is actively working on resolving these issues at the earliest.
Bug CSCvh98827 is impacting processing of hardware EOX and field notice alerts while bug CSCvm91172 is for missing PSIRT and Software alerts.
