Customer did not received confirmation e-mail for SNTC access

Hi,

 

Customer successfully registered on SNTC portal bu did not received confirmation e-mail on his account.

 

He checked antispam and cannot found nothing referred to CISCO.

 

 

Could you help us, pls?
