Our customer is having issues with their VM SNTC collector. Can the team advise?

Can you assist on this? We need to open a TAC ticket for the SNTC VM we put in a couple of years ago. Might needs to be patched, because if we are in the web gui for an extended amount of time and making changes the appliance will freeze up and require a reboot.

I would recommend deploying a new 2.5 OVA and transferring over their information.
