Customer unable to access CSAM.

Hello,

I have a customer who has registered with the Cisco Smartnet Total Care site but does not possess CSAM Access after 24 hours of being registered. It produces a page saying "You are not authorized to access this resource."

 

May I have some assistance on this? Thank you.
