Customer unable to add Partner as CBR Admin

We have a customer attempting to grant us CBR Admin access.  Our CCO ID is associated with our partner company, we do own a Smart Net contract for this customer, and the CCO ID is associated to the contract.  Can someone assist, please?

What is the CCO ID receving errors?
What is the company name?
What is the error? If possible please attach screenshot.

Hello,

I just got a quick update. It looks like CSAM has a bug that might be affecting this.
When granting the role to a CBR user, please leave the date fields blank. This might cause the option to be greyed out. if this does not correct the issue, please update this post and I’ll continue working with the internal team.

I am also having an issue. We own all the customers Smartnet.

The customer tried without dates and it still will not allow them to add us.

We opened an internal case with the CSAM team as this seems to be a malfunction on the tool.

We'll update you when the issue is resolved or we receive any updates.

No update from the internal team yet. It looks like there were some mismatched dependencies which have to be corrected at more than one place.
I’ve requested an update and will share when I hear from them.
