Customer unable to register for SNTC "Oops! Something went wrong..."

Customer attempting to register and getting this error.  We've encountered this before and they had to be manually registered on Cisco's end.  Can share user info in PM.  Thanks!

many others have the same problem. Cisco is doing nothing about this problem
