DA has left company, need to assign new DA.

We have had a few people leave the company over the last few months and I believe one was the DA.

Also I was informed that one of our vendors is DA on some of our contracts, This is very worrying as I assumed the company should be DA on all contracts?

Please send me all the ids of people that has left and send me the id of vendors showing as DA, and who is to be nominated as DA in private message and I will review what you have

Hello Roger I have review the information you have sent me, I and I believe perhaps you are looking for some other information.

 

This forum if related to DA is for SNTC portal access where a company enrolled on the CSAM tool provide access to user to access the SNTC portal.  In reviewing the  information you sent I could not find any one emails related to the tool or the account end-user shown on those contracts and accounts you mentioned on your private message.  Additionally. DA are not associated with contracts but with accounts.  Perhaps you a looking for some contract information. If so using Chrome (recommended) go to this URL to have your question answered.

Additionally I did not see your company name as an Instance on the SNTC portal. which would be a requirement . 

I see thank you for the reply, I am looking for service and support contract administrators. 

It is located under my user profile, access management, in there it shows contract numbers and contract administrators.

 

That is what I am trying to change, I realized after your reply it was the wrong forum, can you point me to the correct location for the information on changing this?
