Hello.
Granting you a DA role is not something we would do for you but you can manage this yourself.
If you look at the Partner Resource Library on the community (https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/11933811/smart-net-total-care-partner-resource-library) you will see two sections at the bottom right of the page. One is Customer Portal On-boarding and the other is Partner Portal On-boarding. The material shared will show you how to set up the DA roles for both customers and partners.
