We have a customer attempting to complete the SNTC & DA registration.
He is receiving an error "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again."
After refreshing and trying multiple browsers, we have had zero luck.
Has anyone experienced this and how did you move past?

Hi Deanna,
We fixed this issue on (3/1). The user can try with Firefox and hopefully the user will not see the error. Meanwhile, I will reach out to you via email to get more information about these users to debug further.

Thank you. Firefox worked! I believe you also pushed a fix last night to support other browsers. Appreciate your help.

Yes we pushed a fix last night that would address the intermittent issues users were seeing on IE and Chrome. With this fix, all browsers should work fine now. Thanks for your collaboration.
