I'd like to remove/delete all device from out SNTC dashboard/portal. We setup a collector years ago and never was able to use it or get it to work properly. Fast forward to today and are re-visiting using SNTC but all the old devices are still in the portal. We have a new collector and would like to start fresh but can't delete the old devices from the portal. How can we remove the old devices from the previous collector that are no longer in use or reporting..

Hello Arthur,
We have implemented the ability to delete inventories from the SNTC portal. This capability is available to Customer Admins and can be granted to CBR Admins. Please review the release notes for further details.

Hi There,
Unfortunately, at this point device data or inventory cannot be removed from the portal.
When you create new inventory with new collector, you may use the Data Filter to exclude the unwanted inventory from the portal reporting.
