Device Discovery not working

Running 2.4 CSP Collector.    Our discovery jobs (subnet, individual IP, etc.) are stuck in 'running' and will not complete.   Some have been running for several days.   What is recommended?

Hi cmayer,

SSH into the collector and run either

sudo service cspc restart

or

reboot

Either command should kill any hung processes. I recommend only running one kind of discovery per job and only one at a time to prevent the process from getting hung.
