I'm just getting started, have two test devices imported. One is covered by SmartNET, the other is not.
If I look in the contracts section one device is listed as covered, as expected, but the other device is not included in the 'not covered' report.
I don't believe it's a contract access issue; if I try to open a TAC case with the serial number it says that it is not covered by a contract rather than covered by a contract that I'm not authorized for. (The device should be under contract, but that's a different issue)

Not sure if it's related, but I added another device that is covered (under a different contract). It shows up in the portal as covered, but I do not see it by API (whether or not I filter by serial number). I also don't see the other contract when querying by API.

About issue on CSV import, please private message customer company name and SN which is having issue.
