Could it be, that products do now show up under contract as the product ID is not the same in CCW-R and the smartnet total care portal? In CCW-R we see the bundle is under contract (PID DS-C9132T-8PMISK9). But in the collector only the power supplies show the correct contract number as they have the same PID. But the switch chassis itself, which is DS-C9132T-K9 does not show up as covered.
Maybe it's the same reason why none of the catlayst show up to be under contract. In CCW-R the PID is C9500-24Y4C-A and in the portal just C9500-24Y4C.
Do the PID have to be exactly the same? And if yes, what can we do to fix the issue?
