Difficulty sending the data to the SNTC portal

Hello Everyone,

One of our customers is having difficulty sending the data to the SNTC portal.
All steps (Run Profile Profile and Run Upload Profile) do not show any errors, but the data is still not arriving at the backend.

I'm attaching some logs collected at root collector.

CSP0009028445

Thanks in for your support.

Hello,

Thanks for all the details.  It looks like the current image you are using is for PSS instead of SNTC.  Unfortunately this image does not support NetAuth-SSL needed for SNTC uploads.

Our CSPC 2.7 images been consolidated to support both services now.  Would you please check and see if you can upgrade your CSPC to 2.7 or download and deploy the latest CSPC 2.7 image?

Thank you,

Hello Alessandra,

Could you please let me know which version of the CSPC you are currently using?  If the CSPC is on 2.6 or older, you may need to check and see if the Export Settings are configured for "NetAuth-SSL".  You can get to this page by going to “Settings -> Application Settings -> Export Settings -> Upload Via: NetAuth-SSL".

After this has been changed, can you please try another upload?

Thank you,

Jarrett

Hi Jarrett,

I am downloading the new version.

I will inform you as soon as the installation is complete.

Thanks for the support.

I have the same problem. Have you found your answer?

If your version is identical, then it isn't compatible with SNTC.

I suggest to start a new thread to avoid confusion.

Regards,

Cesar

Hi Jarrett,
I did the installation of the collector 2.7 and it was a success, I already have data available in the SNTC portal.

Thank you so much for your support.

Hello Alessandra,

That's great news to hear!  Thank you for the feedback!  :)

Thank you,

Jarrett
