Duplicate devices on SNTC Portal

Hello, The information on the SNTC Portal is updating well, however, there´re a signiicant amount of duplicate equipments.

 

Anyone know how may I eliminate these data? Is there any automaticaly or manual mode to do this?

Hi,

 

You can remove duplicate devices by going to Management -> Unmanage Devices at the top of the CSPC Toolbar. Once that is done, please perform new discovery  and collection. Please make sure to use default SNTC collection profile after your new discovery.
