Unable to login to CLI after resetting password

In an attempt to fix the upload error bug, a customer attempted to login to CLI.  They had to reset their CLI admin password and now as soon as they login, the screen flashes quickly to appear the login completed, but then goes right back to login prompt.  We rebooted VM and it does the same thing.  Thoughts?  It allowed them to change the password, so would think that shows connectivity is not the problem.

Does he has collectorlogin and root password

No, they did not set those previously, they were attempting to do that in order to run the script to fix the upload issue.

The CLI admin unfortunately is a java based shell and not a normal shell like collector login and root, very likely the customer has set a proxy via the wizard on the GUI. unfortunately the admin CLI also uses a certificate for java and if it cannot reach the problem server certificate it will give the behavior you are mentioning.  Likely the upload did not work because the proxy they setup was not reachable or not correct.  At this point the only official alternative is to redeploy. Ensure he/she create all required accounts on installation of the ova. Ask him/her to user the attached document
