Email relative to CCO ID Password Change

Hi Cisco Community.

 

Posting in behalf of a customer who is receiving this email. He recently just changed the password to his CCOID and is now receiving this email every Wednesday.

Here is a snip of the email he keeps getting.

Why does he keep receiving this, and how can he stop the emails?

It would be better if you as an employee post on Cisco Internal post or the customer post on the customer forum directly.

In any case customer can manage his email alerts at :

In a normal circumstance he/she should update the password as requested on  the instructions given .  However:

There some global connectivity issues with the www.cisco.com servers which is required for the access after a recent modification on how to authenticate to www.cisco.com servers. 

Please ask him to monitor the following bug until in resolved state.
