I've triyng to generate a new CSP-C entitlement, but recieve this issue:

My role in SNTC is "Customer Administrator" and status is "Active"

Please help me with my issue.

Hello!

We’ve reviewed your registration attempt and can see that you ran into an internal error.
There is some data mismatch which needs to be corrected on the Cisco side.

An internal request to perform this change has been created.
This should soon be resolved so that you can proceed with the entitlement generation.
