I'm trying to activate a CSP-C but I get this error.
"Entitlement file generation failed. Please try again. If the issue persists, find help in the community."

I have tried two different web browsers as well as two different computers, with no luck.
Can you help please.

It appears that this is a global issue after this weekend's release. We're investigating and will have an update when this has been resolved.
