Many times I find the designation of Equipment Type (ie Chassis, Module, etc) is NOT correct. Many serial numbers that are NOT Chassis are labeled as such on reports that are run in the TotalCare Portal. This occurs even after the inventory has been sent to the Cisco Collector. Feedback? Thanks.
