Error upgrading from CSPC 2.10

I am receiving an "error occurred' exception while attempting to upgrade via CLI. This is a new install

admin# show ver
Build-name : Collection Platform Software 2.10.0.1

Version : sp-30.3.0-1-0-lnx64


admin# upgrade

sp-30.3.0-6-0-lnx64 Collector patch to upgrade CSPC 2.10.0.6

Download and apply of a package can take a while.
It is recommended to schedule the upgrade.

Hello VR, Thank you for contacting Cisco and Global CX - Smart Services Support Team.
We would recommend you upgrade the CSPC manually, so I am sending the upgrade guide please go to Chapter 3 and follow the steps.
