Error when opening support case in SNTC Portal

Customer is unable to initiate a TAC case from the portal. Please see screenshot error message. GlanError.png

Hi There,

 

Can you please try creating the support case for a device that has active contract coverage?

As per the design, the Create Support Cases feature works for the devices that are covered with contract.
