Hi Jason,
We have successfully assigned the DA on the account . The role of customer admin has been provided to the user as well.
Also, the services are being enabled for the dedicated company.
Further, a manual sync has been done on the account to complete the manual onboarding for the user. The user is visible on the SNTC portal now.
