Generate a CSPC Registration Certificate failed

Good morning,
I Have issue generating certificate since we have access to the portal on April. At that moment I was told that there was a Bug. But today still the same error could anyone help me?
WA applied:
1. all browsers and mode were tested :  same result

Please note that there is currently a bug affecting the creation of new entitlements (CSCwj48172), however, note that the estimated date of resolution for this bug is July 12th.

Kindly wait for the date of resolution and try again.
