How to change Super Admin ?

Dear all.

I am working for a Gold Partner in Germany and want to add SNTC for a customer. 

I got the login credentials for our SmartPortal User (Partner Account) and saw that the "Super Admin" is assinged to a colleague that left the company. 

 

Where can I get help to change the Super Admin ?

Is there an Cisco E-Mail where I can get help ?
