How to enable EOX-API for my account

I have been assigned with attached roles with respect to API. However, I could not access EOX-API. When I tried creating a new APP in Cisco API console portal, there is no option for EOX-API.

Cisco TAC support could not help us further and I have been asked to check with services-apis-migration@cisco.com,supportapis-help@cisco.com,apix-support@cisco.com

I have sent an email to above support emails. But no response so far. 

Can someone help on this ?
