Have you actualy looked at the videos and tried to follow them? they dont seem all that clear to me no clear at all

There is one important document that may help here. It is linked off the ‘New to Smart Net Total Care’ post. The document is the ‘self-service registration step-by-step blog post’ ( https://supportforums.cisco.com/blog/12600946/self-service-onboarding-register-get-access-smart-net-total-care-portal ) . This should help guide you through the process and supplement the video information.
