Dear community,
Our partner is having trouble trying to install the CSP Collector in Hyper-V environment.
The first try the CLI window closed by itself after the IP assignation by DHCP. After booting again the virtual server it keeps loading as shown down:
We tried to enlarge the resources but it won't load:
Could someone help us?
Kind regards.

Hmm strange, did you try redeploying with the increased resources/memory? During the CentOS progress bar, press the up arrow key. This should show some of the startup processes. Please send me a screenshot of this.
Thanks,
Justin

Strange, during the CentOS boot, clicking the arrow keys in any direction typicalyl shows the progress of installation in the CSPC.
I have attached an install guide I found here. Can you confirm the same steps are being taken? Ensure you are following the steps as listed, such as choosing 'Generation 1' as the virtual machine generation type and setting the correct boot order being starting VM. Please try redeployment following these steps as listed.
You may also want to confirm that the ISO file you downloaded didn't get corrupted. This can be done by comparing the checksum of the file you have to the one listed on the site.

Dear Justin,
Sorry for the waiting but we had troubles having the meeting with our client. We tried to install the CSPC without success following your guide. We downloaded again the ISO but we couldn't installed it. I attached the screenshots of the CentOS while booting. Do you have any suggestions?
Kind regards.
