I Can't enable CBR admin


I am trying to associate a customer's CBR admin with my account. However, my company is a resale company and my CCO is associated with another client company.

Hi Claudio,

 

User, who is trying to gain CBR role for end customer, should be associated with his partner company and not end customer company. DA of end customer company should assign CBR role to partner user.

I received information on partner and customer company name and CCOID but it seems you missed contract #.

 

Could you please provide Smart enabled Contract between customer and partner company?
