I have excluded my customer CCOID form the administrator role

I have removed my customer CCOID from administrator role and he cannot access Cisco Services Access Management tool. How can I fix this?

Hello,

 

If you have access to the CSAM account, you can re-nominate the customer CCO ID back to an Administrator role.
