Incomplete data on customer inventory data

Kindly help me with below 2 issues

1. some field in the customer inventory report pulled services.cisco.com are blank

 

2. When I pull the report with API call it shows contract is expired. 

 

 

but when I Check this on cway.cisco.com/sncheck/ it says it is covered
