Information Not Available in the portal

Hi,

I see that the discovery, collection and loading is being done correctly, however the complete information is not seen in the portal. It is not showing serials, alerts, hostname among others.

The same is causing that the alerts are not seen updated and in their entirety.

I have carried out several tests, including deleting the upload profile and applying the default collect profile. You still do not see information on the portal.
