Upgraded CSPC to version 2.7.3 on January 30th, 2018, from version 2.7. Since then, my weekly inventory and upload is failing. This is the message from the upload job:
Upload UPLOADING: FAILED; Certificate: CSP0009020276; Directory: exportdata; File: sntc1x_VSEM_1519745097618.zip; Other Details: The tail-end gateway is not registered yet.

Is there a procedure to roll back to 2.7?

It can not roll back. If you would like to have 2.7, then unfortunately only redeploy is the option for this.

Bug ID CSCvh60290 is showing a status of Fixed, Last modified today. It is not fixed. Is there any other update on this issue?

The resolution of the bug states the following, based on your post you upgraded to 2.7 from an earlier version therefore is affected
From 2.7.2 we started comparing all the fields of the existing connectivity certificate in
CSPC with the certificate registered database.
Whereas till 2.7.1 we compared only the Appliance id
Additionally it was mentioned above that because of the necessary proprietary steps needed to resolve the issue on database only TAC can perform the steps and cannot be provided or displayed on a forum.
