Inventory Collection Delta Report blank

The Inventory Collection Delta Reports are missing data for all columns (chassis, module, etc) for one of my customer Portals.  The timestamps for 2 upload snapshots are valid.  Please let me know if you'd like the details of our customer account for troubleshooting.
