Inventory not showing up for the role customer user

I am a delegated administrator for a Company. I have assigned our Internal users with the role "Customer User". After a day, I received confirmation that the role has been assigned. It has been 4 days after this and still the users are unable to view the Inventory. Do I need to wait further or did I miss anything. The inventory is showing fine for me.

Hi Varun,

Our backend team is looking into the possibility of deleting the instance with no users. In the meantime, I can see that you have pushed an upload to the other instance and it is processing so I expect your users should be able to see the results of the inventory shortly.

Hi Varun,

I pulled up the account listed in your profile in the portal and noticed that there are two instances of your company name in the portal, one with an inventory present and one without. The instance with the inventory only has you listed as a user, while the other instance has at least 15 users listed, including yourself. Therefore, I suspect you have been adding users to the wrong instance.

Thanks for checking this out. Yes I do see two instances when I login to the smartservices portal. On the Cisco Services Access Manager portal, I do have the option to add the users to only one instance. I am unsure which country does the other Instance belong to. I tried searching most of the known countries under "Change Association > Country" but unable to find the other association. How should I  proceed.

When uploading from csp connector how do I control which instance I upload to ?

Answer to this question "When uploading from csp connector how do I control which instance I upload to ?"

when you register the CSPC collector you have to choose the Entitled Company and in my case two instances with the same company name is showing up. I am unable to differentiate which instance should I choose.

Thanks npicard. I have already deleted one of the instance from the Cisco profile manager and luckily deleted the correct one. I believe we should good as soon as the inventory processing gets completed. Thanks for your help.

is there anyway to delete the instance which has listed me as the only user ? If possible you can delete it and I can re-upload my inventory again to the correct instance which has 15 users listed. Thanks.
