On january 15, 2016, the following announcement was sent via email and posted on this community:
"Due to inconsistencies that have been discovered in the Aggregated Report we have disabled both the online report and the scheduled version in the Smart Net Total Care portal. We are assessing the problem and we will let you know soon when we have a complete plan to address the issue."
There are no updates to report at this time.
