My partner is being blocked and given the error in the subject line. On Dec 2016, he ran an entire customer Enterprise discovery and it successfully created the Inventory Data Base and a ZIP file.
The issue is that he cannot upload the File to the Cisco Total Care sever, because it is blocked due to “Lack of PSS contract” .
The Question is this: Technically the Total Care Server is working properly but the Upload ZIP file is always blocked due to issues with support contract. Please see attached message:
“Inventory upload blocked from further processing… processed did not find a device with a PSS…”
Can you help me understand what this message indicates and what we need to do to get the partner full functionality?
