Last week we were helping a customer with on-boarding and discovered an issue where the CSPC says Success on an Upload, but no data is actually presented to us on the Portal.
I have checked "Upload Processing" on the Portal, and that also seems to show success.
We discovered and collected data on about 130 or so devices, however only 7 are shown in the inventory on the Portal.
Can you please assist in where we could begin to troubleshoot this further? If you need private info from me please send a PM.
