Limited Menu in SmartServices

We've configured a collector and received a successful upload, but I'm not able to view anything in the portal.  This seems similar to this report: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12714471/limited-menu-and-uploaded-csv-never-populates

I can only see the collector and I don't have all the menus that I've seen while looking at documentation.

Hi Evan,

The full menu will not populate until your first upload has successfully completed processing. Please update this post if you are still experiencing the issue.
