Hi there,
How can I confirm that I have the LOA on the portal? Because I already have the LOA from some customers but when I generate a "Support Coverage" report from them, I see "Covered (Coverage Status Not Visible)". As in the image attached. Is there another way to confirm that the LOA is working? Where can I see that information?

Hello There,
Can you check Custom Inventory report, whether you see the LOA privileged information (Service Level, Service program name, Service end date and Install-at site address) for the devices that you do not own the coverage for?
