Log In issue

Hi,

I am trying to log into the SNTC (Smart Net Total Care) tool but I am keep getting this error(attached). 

According to our our admin, my CCO(jason.oh@itssus.com) has been approved to use the SNTC tool 

Please help.

What is the Party ID? CCO?

Hi Jason,

Party ID means, specific identification linked with the account. A party id is associated with a particular company and is used check roles, check the DA and to check company user association.

Also, ccoid is already shared "(jason.oh@itssus.com)". Please share the contract number as well.
