Hello,
I have had access to Smart Net Total Care Portal for sometime now and I got logged in this morning, but now I lost access to Smart Net Total Care Portal. When I get logged in now, it brings me to the "Get Access to Smart Services Connection Now" page.

Hi Clark,
It is a Sync issue ,there is a bug that seems to cause this issue.
Bug ID : CSCuw90441.

I have access to the portal again, thank you. Now if I can get my inventory to show up in the portal. I have another thread that is working on that.

To open a TAC support case customer should have NLS1/CSAS contract .
