Lost access to SNTC via services.cisco.com

A collegue of mine had this problem a while back https://community.cisco.com/t5/smart-net-total-care-portal-and/lost-access-to-sntc-via-services-cisco-com/m-p/4494163

 

I used to be able to access SNTC with my Cisco user a while back. Now i only get redirected to this site when i sign in to services.cisco.com: https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo

 

The message i get is "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access." If i then click "Register now" and "Sign in" i only loop back to the same site. If i click "Register now" and "Register" i get this error message: 

"Error
We encountered an error while processing your request. Please refresh this page or try again."
 
I have SNTC Customer User access activated when i go to id.cisco.com, Access Management and Smart Services.
I have the same contract numbers added to Services & Support as my collegues who are still able to access SNTC.
 
Can anyone take a look at this?

Hi Fred,

 

I looked onto your portal and saw that your CCO ID did not have access to the SNTC portal.

I went in and gave you the role of Customer Admin.

Hi, still having issues.

Now I can login, but I don't see any of hour stuff in "Inventory and Segment" section in Global Filters....

It seems that the other users that is in the system does not see my user.

Also, please share the CCO ID of the other users that cannot see your username.
