Migrating Customers from SNTC with CSPC to CX Cloud Without Success Tr

Hello Cisco Community,

I'm currently assisting several customers who utilize the Common Services Platform Collector (CSPC) in conjunction with Smart Net Total Care (SNTC). With the impending decommissioning of the SNTC portal, we're looking to transition these customers to Cisco CX Cloud.

However, these customers have not purchased Success Tracks. According to Cisco's documentation, it's possible to use CX Cloud without Success Tracks, albeit with limited functionalities.

My questions are:

  1. Migration Process: What is the recommended procedure for migrating customers from SNTC with CSPC to CX Cloud without Success Tracks?

  2. CSPC Integration: Can the existing CSPC collectors be integrated into CX Cloud as data sources? If so, are there specific steps or considerations we should be aware of during this process?

  3. Functionality Limitations: What limitations should we anticipate in CX Cloud for customers without Success Tracks?

Any guidance or shared experiences regarding this migration would be greatly appreciated.
