Hello,
Instance numbers are showing up on Custom Inventory reports for one of my customers but not all Instance ids are showing for all non-incumbent contracts. Why are instance numbers missing for some devices but not others? I have some examples of this if needed. There are missing instance numbers for both unrecognized and recognized devices. Cisco CSD reports outside of the Portal show all Instance ids for non-incumbent contracts but SNTC Portal reports do not.

Hello Craig,
The Portal should display Instance ID for recognized devices. Can you send me customer name, inventory and a few sample serial numbers that are missing Instance ID for further troubleshooting?
