My inventory still not showing up in SNTC Portal 3.3

Hello,

I'm using the VM CSP-Collector 2.5 and have everything setup, per online instructions.  I am using the "sntc1X_min_cp" Collection Profile with the Profile Details->Service Name: set to "smartnet_total_care", as per online instructions.  I also have have a Upload Profiles setup to upload "smartnet_total_care" Service Name, as per online instructions.  I've had it schedule to upload 2 time a week and I also did a few "Run Upload Profile" to run manually.  I still do not see any inventory in my SNTC Portal.  This has been an issue for many months now.  The VM Collector 2.5 is showing in the SNTC Portal and I am using the SNTC Portal 3.3 with the link https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/

I am one of the Delegated Administrators and Customer Administrators.  What am I doing wrong?

Thank you,

Clark Collins IV

PS - The attached image is my Get Started page.  This shows all my menus and Inventory count.

Hi Clark,

Did you run a Discovery profile before running the Collection and Upload profiles?

Yes.  It was manually ran many times and is on a schedule.  I have 559 live nodes.

PS - I have also attached the Profiles.

Hello,

Any updates?  Is there something else needed?  How can I tell if inventory from my CSP-Collector is being received and processed in the SNTC Portal?

All I get is from the "Get started" page a message of "Your last import is still in-progress. Importing another file will terminate the current process".  The only issue I have with this is I've had that message for months now, just before Thanksgiving of 2015.

Thank you,

Hello,

I logged in today, and all my inventory collections are now uploaded.  I have 1 in processing.  It must have been stuck or something.

Thank you,

Clark Collins IV

The automatic upload has never worked for me. What I do is after successfully running the collection profile , go to the reports>collection profile run summary, there you have the option to upload to remote server. This works every time. After half an hour you will see on the portal showing it is in the  processing state. It will generally takes 8 hours to 24 hours for the processing to complete, so a caution not to upload more than once in the same day, otherwise it gets kind of stuck.
