A customer (who is the DA) was following the steps outlined in the prior answer on the community for entitlement and they reported;
When I go to https://tools.cisco.com/smartservices/ I get:
Sorry, the service CAEntitlement:SSUE:Services:SNTC is not available to you.
steps followed and the original error message screen are in the attached document

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please check whether the customer(who is the DA), got the DA access through the self-service registration?
If yes, customer must have received 2 emails. and in the second email, which explains about the access to the portal being granted.

Customer CCO is csgotthan Customer is Watts Regulator which is shown as the entitled company in Total Care portal.
